Fall Wine and Brew Fest 2010

SAVE THE DATE!!!Fall Wine & Brew Fest

You won’t want to miss Seniors Firsts’ 15th Annual Fall Wine and Brew Fest on Saturday, November 6, 2010 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Last year’s event was an overwhelming success! We brought in several new features that were “all the rage”, including the addition of local wineries and chocolate aficionado’s. Of course, Placer County’s most trendy restaurants will once again be bringing a variety of their special food tastings. We even added “Wine” to the event name to reflect our latest and most distinguished wine and chocolate tasting contributors!  And back by popular demand, the food and chocolate temptations will be paired with winery and brewery liquid remedies to compete in our 2nd Annual Food and Beverage Pairing Competition.

This year’s event will once again be held at the Ridge Golf Club & Events Center, 2020 Golf Course Road, Auburn CA.

Seniors First’s annual fundraiser supports the nine vital senior services and programs provided at no charge to Placer County seniors allowing them to remain independent, and in their homes for as long as possible.

Seniors FirstThese programs include:  Meals on Wheels (home delivered meals), Senior Cafés, Friendly Visitors, Door-to-Door Rides, The Dementia Whisperers, Information and Assistance, Housing Options, Home Safety Repairs, and Health Express (non-emergency medical transportation).
