Coolest 24 Hour Race
|
Presented by Global Biorhythm Events. The Coolest 24 Hour Race Against Cancer is held on the Olmstead Loop in Cool, CA. The race course will be marked on Friday morning and then re-checked for markings before the event again on Saturday morning. The course consists of single track and fire roads with challenging climbs and fun downhills. The loop is approx. 12.6 miles long, with 1700′ of climbing per lap. There will be an aid station half way out on the course and we have Hammer products, Coca-Cola products, and water. There will be a bike technician in the pit for you if you have any bike problems, but still bring tools, extra tubes and tires. There are 8 and 24 hour races. Olmstead Loop Mtb Challenge

Presented by Global Biorhythm Events. In the Olmstead challenge you can expect two long hard climbs, along with some short steep climbs and a few water crossings with some single track and fire road, along with some fast technical descents. There should be about 2000 ft of climbing per lap. I will have the GPS reading up soon, with the new map of the course after January 31st. Race begins at 10am.
