Auburn Fit1 is a 24/7 member access fitness facility located in South Auburn at 680 Auburn Folsom Road. Fit1 has top of the line cardio and weight training equipment, free weights and a comprehensive suite of group exercise classes including Zumba, yoga, cycling, strength training and more.
