About the Event
The Auburn Chamber of Commerce Family 4th of July Parade is presented as an enjoyable, safe entertainment for the entire family. In keeping with this concept there are limitations on the types of entries that would otherwise take away from this family event. For the safety of the parade participants and spectators, there is absolutely no tossing from vehicles, floats, etc., or distribution by parade participants of any candy, literature, buttons, etc. Funds shall not be solicited for any reason while taking part in the parade. The parade committee shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether an entry is appropriate for this parade. The Auburn Chamber of Commerce Family 4th of July parade committee reserves the right to reject any entry that it feels is not in the spirit of entertainment purposes for the Auburn Family Fourth of July.
The parade starts at the corner of Harrison Street and Lincoln Way in Downtown Auburn at 10:30am and finishes about 11:30am at the Gold Country Fairgrounds. Entry Fees are $30 for every 40 feet After June 25, the registration fee is $60 for every 40 feet. Veterans groups are not charged.
