Government Affairs and Economic Development Committee
The Government Affairs & Economic Development Committee (GAED) serves as a forum for dialogue between the business community, government representatives, and local organizations. The Committee’s purpose is to advocate for policies that strengthen the economic vitality of Auburn, keep members informed on local and regional issues, and provide opportunities for collaborative problem-solving. During the election season, a sub-committee is formed to interview candidates, review measures and give endorsements.
Meetings are held on the First Wednesday of the month from 8:00am- 9:30am in Room 10 at the City Hall.
